Product details

The Gravity digital infrared motion sensor for Arduino is a user-friendly motion sensor that responds to infrared heat. When the sensor detects a change in thermal energy within its detection angle, it triggers and sends a signal to the alarm pin. This sensor can be used in various devices such as automatic light activation systems or pet sensors. The detection delay can be adjusted using the potentiometer on the back of the sensor. With the Gravity interface and the IO Expansion Shield, the sensor can be easily connected to an Arduino. Additionally, it is compatible with other devices like Raspberry Pi, Intel Edison, Joule, and Curie at an operating voltage of 3.3 V.
