Product details
The BMP388 air pressure sensor from DFRobot is equipped with temperature and pressure measurement capabilities and supports control via Arduino code. Compared to earlier versions BMP180 and BMP280, this sensor features lower power consumption, higher resolution, and a higher sampling rate. It is typically used to measure air pressure and temperature but can also be utilized for measuring altitude and relative ground height. The BMP388 is based on Bosch's mature piezoresistive pressure sensor technology, known for its high accuracy, low power consumption, and high electromagnetic compatibility robustness. The sensor offers an accuracy of approximately ±8Pa, corresponding to an altitude difference of about ±0.5 m, and an absolute temperature accuracy of ±0.5°C over a temperature range of 0°C to 65°C.
