With interfaces for SPI and I2C, this sensor is aimed at applications in the field of consumer electronics with low energy requirements. It enables the measurement of acceleration in three perpendicular axes and thus detects tilt, motion, shock and vibration in mobile phones, handheld devices, computer peripherals, human-machine interfaces, virtual reality functions and game controls.

Features:
Power supply 2.0-3.6V.
Interface I2C.
Acceleration range: ±2g/±4g/±8g/±16g.
Ultra-low power consumption.
LED indicator for operational readiness.
Compact design and easy handling.
Compatible with Arduino controllers.

Application examples:
The BMA220 is ideal for applications that require precise motion detection, such as device orientation detection, gaming, HMI and menu browser control. It can also be used in mobile devices, handhelds, digital peripherals, human-machine interfaces, virtual reality functions and game consoles to detect tilt, motion and shock vibration.
