DFRobot Ambient light sensor 0-200klx

This ambient light sensor features a transparent hemispherical housing that enhances light collection performance. It supports a detection range of 0 to 200 klx and utilizes I2C communication. The spectral response of the on-chip photodiode mimics the human eye's perception of ambient light and blocks IR and UV radiation. An adaptive gain block automatically selects the appropriate lux range to optimize counting/lux. This sensor is ideal for use in smartphones, smart vehicle lights, smart incubators, and similar applications.

Evening: 0.001–0.02 lx;
Moonlit night: 0.02–0.3 lx;
Cloudy indoor: 5–50 lx;
Cloudy outdoor: 50–500 lx;
Sunny indoor: 100–1000 lx;
Summer midday light: about 10^6 lx;
Reading light for books: 50–60 lx;
Home video standard lighting: 1400 lx.
