This HDMI to HDMI + audio mini converter will directly pass HDMI and convert HDMI audio to 5.1 channel digital optical output and 2.1 channel stereo audio. It is compliant with HDMI 1.4 specification. There is no need to install drivers; it is portable, flexible, and plug and play. Resolutions up to ultra HD at 30Hz are supported. It also supports HDMI amplifier function and CEC pass-through. The device supports optical 5.1CH and 2.1CH stereo audio, as well as HDMI output audio formats including DTS-HD and Dolby True HD.
