USB 3.0: Features new, faster USB 3.0 technology enabled by Intel's Ivy Bridge. Replace the two USB 2.0 ports on the back with USB 3.0 ports. The platform must support USB 3.0 to be activated at the docking station (otherwise, the port supports 2.0).

DisplayPort 1.2: Allows for daisy chaining of displays (4 displays through one port). Activated only with a separate graphics card on current generation Latitude notebooks.
