Equipped with innovative data capture technology, the mobile computer scans every 1D and 2D code. The new 2D imager with auto-range captures codes from close up and from a greater distance. It communicates in real-time via TI 802.11 a/b/g/n wireless with CCX v4 compatibility and MIMO antenna technology, ensuring optimal wireless coverage. With USB Hi-Speed, RS-232, modem, and Ethernet, it also offers a range of standard cable connections. Bluetooth v4 supports the new low energy mode (BLE) and provides better voice recognition over broadband for Android models.

The Falcon X4 is fully compatible with the accessories of its predecessor models, Falcon X3+, and with common CE applications. Additionally, it offers new, innovative applications with its Android versions and the ability to upgrade Windows WEC7 models to Android.

With the new auto-range feature, the Falcon X4 can capture codes from up to 15 meters away.
