The DALI SUB C-8 D can be used both as an addition to a HiFi system and in a home theater. In both cases, it reproduces deep frequencies with remarkable fidelity and clarity.

The placement of a subwoofer has a significant impact on bass reproduction. It is recommended to position the SUB C-8 D in a corner or, if that is not possible, directly against a wall. These locations ensure maximum bass levels and even sound distribution throughout the room. Thanks to its compact dimensions, the SUB C-8 D is much easier to place compared to larger subwoofer models.

Over the years, engineers have developed a range of sound principles that can be found in every DALI speaker today. Subwoofers must also meet the requirements for a wide dispersion angle, time-accurate reproduction, and minimal losses. Equipped with such DALI genes, it delivers impressive film and music playback in small to medium-sized living spaces.

The built-in amplifiers in DALI subwoofers feature very high output power, ensuring sufficient reserves for the reproduction of powerful impulses. With separate LFE and line inputs, DALI subwoofers can be easily connected to almost any amplifier and receiver.

The cabinet is designed to be as compact and living room-friendly as possible, despite the large woofer, while still providing enough volume to produce strong and deep bass.
