Beneath the coating, the XT nickel features a NY Steel core, nickel-plated steel wire, and Fusion Twist technology, which adds extra elasticity and tonal versatility, making it suitable for a variety of music styles. The 9-42 super light gauge strings are easy to bend and very flexible.
