D-Link DEM-432XT: SFP+ Transceiver, 10km

The 10G SFP+ modules from D-Link are hot-swappable SFP+ transceivers that plug into SFP+ slots of switches and support 10G Ethernet. The transceivers in D-Link's 10GBase SFP+ module series offer a variety of 10G Ethernet connectivity options for data centers, enterprise distribution cabinets, and service provider transport applications. The transceivers use the Enhanced Small Form-factor Pluggable (SFP+) format. The SFP+ form factor is smaller than other form factors such as Xenpak, X2, and 10G XFP, ensuring lower costs, reduced power interruptions, and higher port density. They provide the necessary signal amplification to transmit data from the port to the network cable and vice versa, allowing the port to receive data from the network cable. All D-Link transceivers are hot-pluggable. You can connect a transceiver while the system is powered on without causing any issues. This allows for the addition or removal of modules without interrupting the network. The transceivers support all 10G Ethernet, resulting in very fast data transfers of up to 10 Gbps. This is 10 times faster than Gigabit Ethernet, enabling the switch to handle faster and higher data transfers, making it well-suited for business requirements.
