Product details
The Soloist 3X GT embodies the spirit of innovation from the Australian company Burson Audio. This symmetrical dual-mono system achieves the highest possible audio performance. Under the hood of the Soloist 3X GT are two independently operated mono amplifiers in mirror symmetry. The resulting pitch-black background, phenomenal soundstage, and incredibly crisp details are breathtaking. The power supply of the Soloist 3X GT is based on five sets of Burson Max Current Power Supplies. Burson pushes these MCPS to the limits of their potential, consuming 90 watts at idle and requiring active cooling. For this, a quiet NOCTUA cooling system is employed. Although the Soloist 3X GT can output up to 10 watts, its goal is not maximum power but maximum purity in sound. The discrete V6 Vivid operational amplifiers are considered among the best in the world and are used in many recording studios. The Soloist 3X GT uses three V6 Vivid operational amplifiers per channel, achieving incredible transparency. Ordinary stereo volume controls generate a lot of interference between channels. This is not the case with the Soloist 3X GT, as a MUSES72320 along with a discrete V6 Vivid buffer is used per channel, eliminating any risk of interference. We feel the sound just as we hear it. Before headphones existed, listening to music was always a full-body experience. For this reason, the Soloist 3X GT features a connection for an external active subwoofer. This allows you to hear the detailed, finely resolved sound through your headphones while simultaneously feeling the bass from the subwoofer in your body. With the Soloist 3X GT, you have the opportunity to reach a new level of headphone listening – hear and feel the sound.
