This expertise ensures that the W2720i meets the high standards for commercial digital cinemas such as DCI-P3. Each unit comes with a factory calibration report that enables D65 colour temperature and Delta E<3 colour accuracy to ensure colours look as vibrant as the director intended. In addition to CinematicColor technology, BenQ HDR-PRO technology offers impressive multi-level lighting control features such as Global Contrast Enhancer, Local Contrast Enhancer and Dynamic Black to ensure HDR 10+ for outstanding visual quality.

The W2720i is equipped with a sustainable LED light source that embraces the trend towards solid-state illumination (SSI) in home cinema. Compared to conventional, lamp-based projectors, SSI offers many advantages, such as impressive colour accuracy, a long service life and particularly quiet operation. With up to 30,000 hours of colour performance, the W2720i eliminates the hassle of changing lamps, which significantly reduces maintenance costs and enables a consistently high-quality film experience.
