Product details
Legendary analog VCO module for Eurorack. The original 2600 was released in the 1970s and was primarily a fully discrete transistor design with some operational amplifiers. The discrete circuitry gave the 2600 a very distinctive sound and was used by artists such as Jean Michel Jarre, Depeche Mode, Stevie Wonder, and many more. The 2600-VCO is a compact and versatile module that offers you a VCO with four simultaneous waveforms and the ability to control a wide frequency range for amazing flexibility. Modular synthesizers were a groundbreaking development in electronic music, and today it gets even better. This is the Behringer 2600-VCO, an analog VCO module and an authentic reproduction of the original ARP 2600 circuit that fits into a standard Eurorack case. The best part? It's at a very affordable price. Integrate the 2600-VCO into your existing rig or start your modular synth journey from here. Either way, you're sure to have a lot of fun. The 2600-VCO is a feature-rich module with four simultaneous waveforms: sine, triangle, sawtooth, and pulse, offering an impressive range of sonic possibilities. You can even control the oscillator frequency, ranging from 10 Hz to 10 kHz and from 0.03 Hz to 30 Hz when the 2600-VCO is switched to LF mode. The VCO can also be tuned to other instruments or VCOs using the Fine Tune knob. Set the pulse width range between 10% and 90%, and you're ready to rock, whether you're in a band or integrating the 2600-VCO into your monstrous setup. - Type: 1 x 3.5 mm TS jack, DC-coupled - Impedance: 100 kΩ, unbalanced - CV range: 10 V, 1 V/oct.
