Product details

The Bambu Lab TPU 85A is a highly flexible 3D printing filament characterized by a Shore hardness of 85A. It offers exceptional elasticity and durability, making it ideal for applications that require shock absorption, non-slip surfaces, or protective components. With a density of 1.18 g/cm³ and a melting temperature of 180 °C, this filament enables the production of long-lasting printed results that withstand intensive use. The high tensile strength of 12.0 ± 0.8 MPa and the impressive elongation at break of over 700% make it an excellent choice for flexible printing projects. To achieve optimal results, it is recommended to dry the filament before printing and store it in a sealed package to minimize moisture absorption.

  • Excellent shock absorption for protective housings and padding
  • High abrasion resistance for durable printed results
  • Elongation at break of over 700% for extreme flexibility
  • Recommended printing temperature of 200–250 °C for optimal results.
