The AXAGON PCEM2-D is an internal PCIe 3.0 adapter that allows you to connect up to two M.2 SSDs to a computer. It supports both M.2 NVMe and M.2 SATA SSDs and is an excellent solution for systems without an M.2 slot. The adapter features a PCI-Express 3.0 interface that enables speeds of up to 8 Gbit/s, providing a significant performance boost compared to traditional SATA solutions. With support for both single-sided and double-sided M.2 SSDs, there is no capacity limitation, and both drives can operate simultaneously. The high-quality construction of the adapter, including ventilated copper holes, ensures effective heat dissipation, while the dual LED indicators display the status of the connection and data transfer. A low-profile blind cover is included to facilitate installation in compact cases.
