Compact AXAGON ADSA-FP2C Slim Adapter with USB-C 5 Gbps and SATA 6G interface for 2.5" SATA hard drives or SSDs. The connection to the computer is facilitated by a permanently attached USB-C cable with a length of 20 cm. With the USB 3.2 Gen 1 interface, data transfer speeds of up to 5 Gb/s are possible, and the plug-and-play feature ensures automatic connection to the computer.

The adapter also supports all essential functions for seamless operation with various drive types. These include UASP for faster data transfer, TRIM to limit the gradual degradation of SSD performance over time, S.M.A.R.T. for monitoring drive status, BOOT for the ability to boot from drives connected to the adapter, Auto Spindown to automatically put drives into sleep mode after prolonged inactivity, Turn Off to power down drives after disconnecting the device or putting the PC into sleep mode, and USB Bus Power to operate the adapter, including the connected drive, solely via the USB bus.

The slim and compact adapter allows for easy and quick hard drive swapping without the need for installation, and thanks to its small size, it is always within reach. The matte design of the casing prevents unwanted fingerprints.
