After years of requests, Auratone is proud to announce the 5C Active Super Sound Cube. The same timeless design features a US-made speaker, now with an integrated amplifier housed in an enclosure with the dimensions of the passive 5C.

The mono amplifier is designed and built in Europe in collaboration with the renowned hardware manufacturer Bettermaker. A careful research and development process has been conducted to maintain the original characteristics of the 5C, utilizing the same amplifier design from the NAMM TEC Award-winning Auratone A2-30 amplifier.

The 5C, which became famous in the 1970s and 80s and has been used in countless major recording studios worldwide, remains the undisputed industry standard for referencing. Now, on the 50th anniversary of the 5C, the active model will help continue its legacy.
