Goro Majima, a notorious ex-yakuza, is suddenly shipwrecked on a remote island in the Pacific. Unable to remember even his own name, he sets off in search of clues to his lost memories, accompanied by a boy named Noah who saved his life. They soon become embroiled in a conflict between cutthroats, modern pirates and other villains over a legendary treasure.

When an enemy pirate ship sets its sights on you, an exciting real-time canon battle ensues. Quickly manoeuvre into position while dodging bullets, then wreak havoc to board the enemy ship and take down the captain in a battle between the crews. Conquer the seas, discover hidden islands and collect plenty of loot like a true yakuza pirate!

Switch dynamically between the "Mad Dog" and "Sea Dog" fighting styles to combine attacks. Perform explosive combos, hold enemies in the air with attacks and take them out in mid-air. Your creativity is rewarded with crazy action.
In the "Mad Dog" style, use speed, agility and flair to deliver precise yet powerful blows that stun your opponents and force them to surrender.
Or make your enemies walk the plank in "Sea Dog" style by wielding two short swords and using tricky pirate tools to kick some serious arse.
