ROG Thor 1200W Platinum III – Ultimate power. Unrivalled stability.
The ROG Thor 1200W Platinum III delivers the ultimate power and stability that gamers need. A next-generation GaN MOSFET ensures outstanding efficiency, whilst ‘GPU-First’ voltage regulation, featuring a patented intelligent voltage stabiliser, guarantees first-class performance and stability. There’s also a Turbo Mode for maximum cooling during overclocking or other demanding workloads.

The ROG Thor 1200W Platinum III also features the signature Thor OLED display, which has now been upgraded for easy magnetic attachment – it can be slid onto either side of the unit to allow for installation of the power supply with or without a fan.

This version comes with the new ROG Equaliser 12V-2x6 cable. This cable has been designed to optimise power distribution via the graphics card connector. The more even load distribution helps to reduce temperatures at the 16-pin GPU connector and further improve the stability of the power supply, particularly when used with high-performance graphics cards. Apart from this improved cable, the two models do not differ significantly in terms of performance, efficiency, functions and compatibility.
