Arduino Original Leonardo (ATmega 32U4) without headers

The Arduino Leonardo is the latest addition to the Arduino family, equipped with an ATMega 32U4 processor. This processor has USB support, eliminating the need for the usual ATmega 8U2 found in the UNO. Programming becomes easier and more versatile, as this Arduino can emulate devices such as a keyboard or a mouse, with more extensions like MIDI emulation planned.

Thanks to its identical layout to the Arduino UNO, all shields and extensions can be used without any hardware adjustments. A Micro USB cable is now used for programming, similar to smartphones.
