Trilock 6082 3-Point Truss System

The Trilock 6082 is a 3-point truss system made of aluminum, connected by three conical connectors, pins, and clips. The solid alloy EN-AW 6082 T6 (AlMgSi1 T6) ensures high load capacity. The advantage of conical connectors is that they provide a force- and form-fitting connection with the main tube, guaranteeing maximum load capacity. The Quick-Lock system allows for quick, efficient, and visually appealing assembly, ideal for frequent setup and teardown.

The three main tubes are made from 50 mm aluminum pipe with a wall thickness of 2 mm, offering an excellent weight-to-load capacity ratio. The braces have a diameter of 16 mm with a wall thickness of 2 mm, providing ample space for attaching couplers, hooks, and clamps. With external dimensions of 290 mm and 257 mm, this is a robust truss system designed for higher loads and longer durability.

This truss system is primarily designed for intensive use in stage construction, exhibition construction, event technology, as well as for permanent installations in nightclubs and theater settings. Its polished surface makes this universal system a real eye-catcher. With a wide range of standard system lengths, corners, circles, and accessories, this system is highly versatile and offers endless design possibilities.

The production of this truss system is monitored by TÜV. The load table, which serves as a calculation basis, can be downloaded before purchase.
