The inevitably occurring height differences and unevenness on the heat sinks and the elements to be cooled, as well as the smallest grooves, can be compensated for thanks to the very elastic pressing capability and low hardness of the pads. Before use, the protective film attached to the surface of the pads must be removed. The pads can also be cut to the desired size, using either scissors or a sharp knife.
