Product details
4-pole contactors EN40..N with a width of 54 mm control 3-phase loads up to 40 A and are available in various contact configurations and coil voltages. They switch electrical heating devices, water heaters, motors for pumps, ventilation, and other drives, as well as lighting. Thanks to an integrated coil circuit, they operate with both AC and DC control voltages. As a result, the devices are completely noise-free and quiet during switching. EN40..N features an integrated switch for selecting between three operating modes: manually off (even with a control signal present), automatic operation (normal contactor function), and manually on with a return to automatic operation once the coil is powered again. This offers numerous advantages: for instance, during commissioning, a functional test of the load circuit can be performed even without a control signal, and with an existing control signal, the load circuit can be quickly and easily turned off at any time. An auxiliary switch that can be mounted on the left side, sealing caps, and a spacer complement the range. EN40..N has an installation design and complies with household standard EN61095, making them particularly suitable for panel installation.
