AF.Z contactors withstand short voltage drops and interruptions (according to SEMI F47-0706). AF40-AF96 contactors are primarily used for controlling 3-phase motors and power circuits up to 690 V ac and 220 V dc. These contactors have a block design with 3 main poles. AF116-AF140 contactors are mainly used for controlling 3-phase motors and power circuits up to 690 V ac, while the AF146 can handle up to 1000 V ac. AF190-AF370 contactors are primarily used for controlling 3-phase motors and power circuits up to 1000 V ac. These contactors also feature a block design with 3 main poles. AF contactors come with built-in surge protection and do not require additional surge protection.
