4K HDMI splitter, 1 in 4 out, EDID support

With the AC7831 4K HDMI splitter, you can transmit a single 4K HDMI signal to four separate TVs or monitors. It is ideal for digital signage in a store, waiting room, bar, or office. The maximum resolution is 3840x2160 (4K) at 30Hz and 1080p at 120Hz. The AC7831 supports EDID, Chroma Sampling 4:4:4, and HDCP 1.4, and comes with an external power supply.

The AC7831 HDMI splitter is the perfect solution for displaying digital signage on four separate HDMI TVs or monitors. The AC7831 features one HDMI input and four HDMI outputs. The splitter distributes the video source to up to 4 target screens with a maximum distance of 5 meters without compromising video quality. The AC7831 is equipped with status LEDs that indicate which screens are connected.

The EDID copy function, also known as Extended Display Identification, ensures resolution communication between the source and output devices. By default, the AC7831 copies the resolution of the TV or monitor connected to HDMI output 1. If this is a 4K monitor, the output for all monitors will be in 4K. If a monitor does not support 4K, no image will be displayed on that monitor. If the monitor connected to HDMI output 1 is a 1080p monitor and 4K TVs or monitors are connected, those images will be displayed at a resolution of 1080p.
