No, because the 665d contains LPD radio and may not be sold in Switzerland (prohibited)! According to OFCOM, LPD devices may no longer be sold since 1 January 2006. Anyone who still owns equipment approved before 1 July 1999 and bought it before 1 January 2006 can continue to use it for the time being.
