Is it normal that the "lead" is not stuck in the pen? When I hold the pen vertically down, the tip slips out.

purchased this product
so if the "lead" falls out, then the pen is defective or the "lead" is not inserted correctly. Either way, complain and request a replacement. This is completely uncomplicated at Digitec.
