
"Uftischt" X Galaxus: We talk about culinary delights in the podcast
Galaxus is a new partner of the podcast "Uftischt - Sternstunde Kulinarik". Once a week, baking book author Judith Erdin and Galaxus editor Simon Balissat discuss the most beautiful triviality in the world: Food.
A little bit of "Uftischt" is also about the most beautiful thing in the world, in the section "Things to say while eating and having sex". However, the few minutes at the end of each podcast episode were not the reason why Galaxus became a sponsor and presenter of the podcast. Rather, this collaboration was an inevitable result. It works like yeast dough, so to speak. Judith Erdin, known on Instagram as "Streusel", is already known to the Galaxus community as a baking expert. She got Galaxus culinary all-rounder Simon Balissat as her sidekick for the videos. And the chemistry between the trained pastry chef and the trained computer scientist was right from the start. So what could have been more natural than the two of them meeting up a few weeks ago and recording their first podcast episode on a whim.
There was no lack of self-confidence right from the start. It was noted in the show notes:

Simon went on to explain that they talk about food and life in general. In the very first episode, this opened the door to childhood memories of carnival, bad lunches after school or the question of Judith's neighbour who smokes pot.
