Think about the time change!

27 March around 2 a.m.: the watch moves forward by another hour. If you have an important appointment, opt for an alarm clock rather than a mobile phone: even though most phones change the time by themselves, this function is not always reliable. For those who want to play it safe, opt for a traditional alarm clock. And since the time change is always a source of discussion: At 2 o'clock, it will be 3 o'clock - you'll have to get up earlier and lose an hour's sleep as a result.
Progressive light and sleep phase alarm clocks: wake up gently and rested
Progressive light alarm clocks wake you up gently by simulating a 30-minute sunrise. When daylight arrives, your body automatically produces a wake-up hormone (serotonin), gently waking you up. You can also add a wake-up sound: some models even offer nature sounds such as the sound of waves or birdsong.
Sleep phase alarm clocks record your sleep phases using your body's movements and determine the ideal time to wake up. The 30 minutes before waking are analysed.
A alike alarm clock for gadget fans
Alarms that run away or models that react to finger snaps (Gingko) or flipping (Lexon): if you're looking for an alarm clock with fun extras or an unusual appearance, you're sure to find something here.

Technology and additional functions aren't your cup of tea? That's okay: for you too, we have beautiful models that deserve a place of honour on your bedside table.
Little reminder: also bring *pendulums and watches forward by an hour!
It's all very well getting up on time, but arriving from everywhere an hour late isn't very well thought of. So remember to set all the clocks right.
