What are the general conditions?
You can let your creativity run wild with the design. You may not use the Galaxus logo or the Galaxus name. Would you like to submit several designs? No problem, but only one design per person can be selected.
If your design is one of the three winning designs, you will be informed by 9 November 2018. If your design wins, you will receive a Galaxus voucher worth CHF 200 in addition to your specially created water bag.
When will the designs be available to buy?
The various models are expected to be available from us in limited quantities from May 2019.
By participating in the design competition, you transfer all rights, in particular all copyrights and ancillary copyrights, if transferable, to the creations and work results to Digitec Galaxus AG. The transfer of rights includes, in particular, the rights to publish, reproduce, distribute, retransmit and edit the creations and work results. The transfer of rights is unlimited in terms of subject matter, time and geography. In addition, you waive the right to attribution and first publication vis-à-vis Digitec Galaxus AG.
