Creatine booster for athletes now available
Are you training to improve your muscle building? The dietary supplement "KA-EX Boost" will help you do just that.
Pro athletes such as skiing star Lara Gut-Behrami are among the brand ambassadors of the Swiss manufacturer KA-EX. The dietary supplement combines creatine with amino acids.
The most important ingredient in the product is «Creapure», a creatine monohydrate. Creatine can increase muscle growth. It is found in meat and fish, and the basic building blocks are also found in vegetables. The body can produce creatine itself.
Plus amino acids
The second component of the product is nine essential amino acids (EAA): L-histidine, L-isoleucine, L-leucine, L-lysine, L-methionine, L-phenylalanine, L-threonine, L-tryptophan and L-valine. Your body cannot produce these itself.
EAAs are important for protein synthesis. This is the process that forms new muscle proteins.
The other ingredients
Caffeine provides an extra kick and is said to increase physical performance, concentration and alertness in the short term. According to the manufacturer, electrolytes such as magnesium, calcium and potassium contribute to normal muscle function.
How to use «KA-EX Boost»
The product is ready to drink. You take a bottle before or during training. The drink is sugar-free, gluten-free, lactose-free and vegan. With 23 milligrams of caffeine per 100 millilitres, it is not suitable for children, pregnant or breastfeeding women or people who are sensitive to caffeine.
According to the manufacturer, the recommended daily dose of one bottle should not be exceeded.
And as with any dietary supplement, this product cannot replace a balanced diet and healthy lifestyle.
