How can I receive information about my data?

You have a right to access your data stored by us. We will respond to such requests within the statutory period (normally within 30 days). Please proceed as follows to make use of your right to information:

Please supply the personal data galaxus.ch or digitec.ch hold about me in writing within 30 days.

Important:

For sending the e-mail, please use the same e-mail address that you have entered in your customer account on digitec.ch or galaxus.ch.

If you want to use templates for the application of access requests from the Internet or other sources, this is no problem. However, this normally has no influence on the result of the request for information. You can also submit your request by mail.

In this case, please enclose a copy of an official form of identification (e.g. identity card, driver's license). Data that is not required for the identification of the applicant can be made unrecognizable (e.g. height, photo, ID number).
