Free delivery in Switzerland
Delivery is generally free for all products delivered to addresses in Switzerland and Liechtenstein. All orders from our own warehouse are handled by Swiss Post. Direct deliveries by suppliers or merchants can be carried out by other service providers.
Order by 5 p.m. today, receive your delivery tomorrow
The following applies to all products in stock at our main warehouse: All orders made by 5 p.m. (Mon–Fri) are shipped on the same day and generally delivered to the delivery address the next workday (incluing Saturday, if activated). Each product features information on real-time availability.
Free Saturday delivery
All orders made by 5 p.m. Friday are now already delivered on Saturday. The only requirement for next-day delivery is that the desired product is in stock at our central warehouse. All products feature information on real-time availability. The Saturday delivery service is available in all private customer accounts. It is inactive by default in all business customer accounts. For each order, you can optionally activate or deactivate the free Saturday delivery service in your customer account or at checkout. General cargo deliveries (larger than parcel post) are excluded from this service.
Pallets and general cargo exceeding 30 kg
Particularly heavy items are delivered on pallets by a haulage company. The haulage company will call you beforehand to arrange a delivery date. If you cannot be reached, you will be asked by e-mail to contact the dispatcher. Pallet deliveries for destinations that cannot be directly accessed by our haulage company will be shipped to the nearest location possible (e.g. valley station of a cable car), from where a partner service commissioned by the haulage company will complete the delivery at no extra cost.
Please note that Swiss Post deliveries are made to the kerbside only. Additional services, e.g. storey deliveries, are subject to a fee (see below) except where specifically mentioned.
Delivery to place of use
Our free deliveries are generally made to the kerbside. For a fee of CHF 59.–, we deliver pallets or small consignments exceeding 30 kg to their place of use*. This means that a forwarding company delivers the product to the desired place of use, e.g. your living room or cellar. The service includes delivery to the place of use only. It does not include product assembly or taking back old products or packaging.
This service can be selected in the payment section when ordering the respective product.
All delivery appointments are arranged via the forwarding company.
* This service is only exclusively available for products shipped from our own warehouse. Products shipped from supplier warehouses are excluded.
Additional services installation/fitting
Need help installing your new fridge, mounting the TV to the wall, prepping your skis and getting rid of your old device at the same time? Our service partner network means we now provide various services throughout Switzerland. These additional services are provided by various service partners. The costs depend on the type of service and the selected service partner. To find out whether or not partner services are available for a certain product, simply click on the product in our online shop. Any available services are listed as “Partner services” below the product. They can be added during in the payment section when ordering a product.
Leaving parcels on your doorstep
Should you not be at home at the time of delivery, the post may deposit the parcel in front of your door. If you don't want this to happen, you can contact the post office by telephone or e-mail in advance (Phone: 0848 888 888, e-mail: email@example.com). The corresponding changes are then stored in the Swiss Post system.
Our delivery service is only available in Switzerland and Liechtenstein. When entering a delivery address in Liechtenstein, please note that Switzerland must be selected as the country of destination.
Please inspect the package carefully upon receipt and promptly report any damage.
Orders can be collected from various locations throughout Switzerland. For your own safety, we will ask you to provide proof of identity when collecting items that have already been paid for. Please note that products exceeding 20 kg are not available for collection.

Collection within the PickMup network
PickMup is a new and convenient collection service provided by the Migros Group: You can now collect online orders at a PickMup location of your choice. You will be contacted as soon as your order is ready for collection. With this service, the Migros Group is combining its extensive store network with Switzerland’s largest online shops.
