Is the 6% Spandex in the underwear bad for genital health? (like polyester) I guess best would be to use 100% Merino wool or 100% cotton.
Spandex fabrics are not necessarily harmful to health, but they are made of chemical compositions. When worn on the skin as clothing, spandex textiles can cause an allergy if you come into contact. Spandex is mostly used for the stretchiness of underwear.
