Lightweight Bicycle Backpack

Whether cycling or walking, the very lightweight Uphill 12 bicycle backpack, weighing just 380 g, is always a reliable companion. Despite its minimalist design, cyclists can count on full comfort. In addition to the asymmetrically opening main compartment with a volume of 12 liters, a flat, stretchy mesh pocket and a zippered side pocket provide access to a phone or snack without having to take off the lightweight backpack. The front lacing features a triple function: storing a wind or rain jacket when the backpack is full, compressing when carrying less gear, and securing trekking poles. The 3D mesh on the back and shoulder straps ensures good ventilation while biking or hiking. Thoughtfully integrated reflective elements, a hydration system exit, and a rain cover in the pack bag complete the features of this versatile backpack. All materials have a high recycling content. The ultralight, silicone-coated main material of the backpack is produced using a certified mass balance process. This involves extracting pyrolysis oil from old tires, which is then used in conventional polyamide production. Through chemical recycling, up to 60% of CO2 emissions are saved. Additionally, this product is climate-neutral: emissions from materials, manufacturing processes, and shipping have been comprehensively assessed and systematically reduced. Currently unavoidable emissions have been fully offset through the independent non-profit organization "myclimate."
