The Capricorn DT 3 Mittens from Snowlife are a sustainable all-rounder designed for the environmentally conscious freerider. The main material is made from recycled polyester certified to the GRS standard. The Global Recycled Standard (GRS) is an international quality label for recycled fabrics. The fibers of the fabric come from reused PET bottles. The fabric is elastic, providing additional comfort and plenty of freedom of movement. Additionally, the mittens are equipped with a new eco-friendly and highly breathable membrane. The Dimpora membrane was developed and produced in Switzerland, with a focus on avoiding harmful substances during manufacturing. This innovative technology creates pores using minerals instead of harmful DMF or other solvents. The membrane features a high water column and breathability, and is free of fluorocarbons. The Lavalan insulation combined with a wool inner lining ensures a pleasant climate and is biodegradable.
