The Capricorn DT glove from Snowlife is a sustainable all-rounder and was developed for the environmentally conscious freerider. The main material is made from recycled polyester certified to the GRS standard. The Global Recycled Standard (GRS) is an international quality mark for recycled fabrics. The fibres of the fabric come from recycled, used PET bottles. The fabric is elasticated and therefore offers additional comfort and extra freedom of movement. The glove is also equipped with a new environmentally friendly and particularly breathable membrane. The Dimpora membrane was developed and produced in Switzerland. No environmentally harmful substances are used in its manufacture. The technology is new; pores are created using minerals instead of harmful DMF or other solvents. The membrane is characterised by a high water column and breathability and is fluorine-free. The Lavalan padding in combination with a wool lining ensures a pleasant climate and is biodegradable.
