Rarely have I been so amazed: wallet from Secrid 'Made in Holland'. Made from vintage leather and with space for up to 16 cards. With a note compartment and RFID protection, closes with a press stud. Radio Frequency Identification, or RFID for short, is a technology for retrieving data stored on a special chip via radio. Such RFID chips are used in the new ID card, in EC and credit cards and sometimes also in smartphones and enable cashless payment without a signature or PIN entry, for example. Thanks to a coating on the card or mobile phone compartment that is impermeable to radio waves, this product protects your data from unauthorised reading by third parties. The products in Secrid's Vintage range are made from high-quality, aniline-dyed cowhide with a waxed surface. Irregularities in the colouring and structure are deliberate elements of the product design. A patina develops with the use of the wallets.
