With the Sealskinz Upwell Heated Waterproof Cycle Glove, that’s a thing of the past, as these gloves are not only insulated with PrimaLoft® and waterproof, but also heated thanks to the integrated heating system. The necessary power comes from two batteries that can remain in the glove for charging via a magnetic system. They are securely stored in zippered pockets near the wrist, allowing for unrestricted movement. You can intuitively adjust the desired heat level in three stages using a button on the back of the hand. Depending on the selected heat setting, the heating system reliably warms the glove for between 2 and 5.5 hours. Sealskinz designed the Upwell Heated Waterproof Cycle Glove primarily for cycling - the grippy leather palms with strategically placed padding and the reflectors are evidence of this. However, what works well for cycling also proves beneficial for other activities where tactility and, within the limits of what a winter glove can offer, finger sensitivity are important.
