If necessary, gradually acclimate to the Scholl In-Balance insoles by wearing them a little longer each day until you can wear them all day. Ensure that the insole fits snugly in the shoe and that the heel area makes contact with the back of the shoe. It is not necessary to remove an existing insole from the shoe.
