Head Harness Model 1500

The Schiek Neck Trainer strengthens the neck muscles and reduces the risk of injury in this area.

The neck trainer is simply placed on the head, and weights can be attached to the steel chain, which then hang freely in front of the chest. For optimal results in neck muscle development, move the head up and down.

Size is individually adjustable with a Velcro strap.
