Speed hiking means for us the perfect combination of fast movement and inner peace. We train for and in the mountains, but always follow our own pace – without time pressure and without stress.

To be well-equipped for such fast speed hiking tours, we have designed the technical Pedroc Pro 20: The Dry Back Contact EVA inserts feature generous ventilation channels, reducing the contact areas between the backpack and your back. This construction allows for ideal air circulation, keeping your back dry even during strenuous ascents. For a better close-to-body fit that doesn’t shift during dynamic speed hiking tours, the shoulder straps are integrated directly into the back system. Additionally, the ergonomically shaped and split shoulder straps further enhance breathability and freedom of movement, while the thoughtful cutouts reduce weight.

The Pedroc Pro 20 backpack is made from our specially developed 70 Denier Duralite material: The double ripstop nylon construction is particularly characterized by its high abrasion and tear resistance while being very lightweight. As part of the SALEWA Committed collection, the backpack is equipped with a water-repellent PFC-free DWR treatment, which contains no fluorocarbons.

During rapid ascents and descents, the foldable hip belt and the one-hand compression system, which allows for compressing the backpack volume with just one hand, ensure stability and an ideal fit. The Pedroc Pro 20 for women is a SALEWA Committed product and features a low ecological footprint.
