We present the Alp Trainer 20, our functional backpack for shorter hiking tours in the mountains. It features our new Dry Back Air carrying system, which ensures that your back stays dry with its special design. With a 26% smaller contact area than our previous constructions, it reduces body contact without compromising load control. The integrated ventilation system with breathable materials enhances airflow to your back. After 15 minutes of activity, the new Dry Back Air system lowers the temperature on your back by 1.5 °C compared to our previous Air Fit system.

Our lightweight, split shoulder straps also reduce body contact, allowing for greater perspiration and comfort, improved air circulation, and mobility. Additionally, you can secure the backpack tightly with the Twin Compression System (TCS) to carry the load close to your body and move confidently. The capacity can be quickly and easily adjusted, for example, when you’ve taken out your rain jacket.

We have equipped the Alp Trainer backpack with all the features you need while eliminating unnecessary ones. Features include a quick-access front pocket, side mesh pockets for easy access, a rain cover, and a pole attachment option. This backpack is also compatible with the Salewa hydration bladder holder and designed for use with a hydration system.
