Product details
We are pleased to offer you the second edition of the Silver Koala 1 oz - RAM. The coin, expertly minted by the Royal Australian Mint, features the koala, Australia's most widely recognized symbol, alongside the kangaroo. Due to its endangered status, this marsupial has been protected since 1937. This coin marks the beginning of a new annual coin series with changing designs of the koala. The unique design and limited mintage make this beautiful investment coin a popular addition to any portfolio. The coin has a purity of 999 Ag and is considered legal tender. The investment coin is limited to a worldwide mintage of only 25,000 pieces, with just 5,000 specimens allocated for the German market. The design side depicts two koalas, one larger and one smaller, sitting closely together on a branch. The larger koala has its arm around the smaller one. The design is detailed and lifelike, with realistic representations of the fur textures and eucalyptus leaves. The inscription "KOALA" is also visible. Below it, the weight indication "1 oz" and the purity "999 Ag" are engraved. The reverse side features the portrait of King Charles III, designed by Daniel Thorne. Surrounding the portrait is the inscription "CHARLES III" along with the country of origin and year of issue "AUSTRALIA 2025". Below the portrait, the denomination "1 DOLLAR" is also depicted.
