The Villach 2 series has been redesigned. The only difference between the three models Villach, Villach Trigger, and Villach Lobster is their respective type of construction: the Villach finger-operated gant is a popular classic, while the Lobster and Trigger have articulated fingers for better protection against the cold without compromising the freedom of movement needed to use the brake and gear levers. The feature that all three have in common is PrimaLoft® Gold insulation with CrossCore™ technology featuring aerogels. Aerogels are used in the aerospace industry and are highly porous structures composed of over 95% air. The advantage this creates for gloves is an excellent ratio between volume, weight, and heat retention. On the cuff, the windproof elastic GORE-TEX INFINIUM™ WINDSTOPPER® Softshell creates a reliable barrier against icy airflows. To ensure that warmth stays inside the gant and the Villach 2 fits perfectly, Roeckl has equipped it with a long knitted cuff and elastic closure under the palm. Elastic, breathable ROECK-GRIP® synthetic suede on the palm ensures a secure, highly tactile, and comfortable grip on the handlebars. When it comes to comfort, the foam padding on the palm optimizes comfort, as does the seamless COMFORT-INNOVATION padding between thumb and forefinger. What else is there?
