Umbrella made from recycled PET. A sturdy pocket umbrella featuring a robust mix of steel and fiberglass materials. It fits securely in the hand, thanks to its ergonomic grip design and wrist strap. Easy-to-use manual opener with a large canopy, which can be opened to dry after each use in the rain. Wind-resistant: No damage from the canopy flipping inside out. Tested in a wind tunnel at speeds of up to 80 km/h. Cover made from quick-drying, water-repellent polyester fabric with a recycled PET coating.

This product is part of the amfori Business Social Compliance Initiative, established in 2003 to improve social standards in the global supply chain. The Brussels-based organization provides companies with the opportunity to adhere to a code of conduct based on international agreements protecting workers' rights. The eleven key elements of this code include management practices, no questionable employment, working hours, compensation, child labor, forced labor, freedom of association, discrimination, working conditions, health and social facilities, as well as health and safety at work.

The product and/or packaging is made from recycled materials. This process is more environmentally friendly as it does not require the extraction of raw materials with high effort. Yogurt cups, single-use bottles, plastic waste, and film packaging are incorporated into the manufacturing process through recycling.
