UGG produces this shoe in the colour "Cognac" as well as in the colour "Chestnut" - which is correct now? Thanks for clarifying, I'm off to drink a cognac... or eat marroni instead? 🤔

Ordered & paid for days later (no shoes arrived) I check my order status on the website : “This article was not delivered to us within the agreed time. We will update this message as soon as we hear from our supplier.” I didn’t get an call / email, had to find this out myself through a message on the site. And the promise is so random : “Wwill update this message as soon as we hear from our supplier.” What about my money? Can I just cancel my order?
