This is the size S. I am not sure, but I think that the sizing is not correct.

According to the manufacturer, the size is 34=XS and 38=S. Apparently the coats run a little larger. Therefore an XS would be recommended.
Unfortunately, the promotions are not suitable for everyone. But we understand your frustration. :(
