Back when sports meant running and sweatbands and V-necks were all the rage, PUMA launched a lightweight running shoe. The Cabana Racer Fun was designed for the most demanding runners, and its low sole ensured that every muscle was strengthened with breathable cushioning on the track and on forest trails. Inspired by the legendary Cabana, the R78 Runner is set to shake up the world of vintage running sneakers. With a design aesthetic reminiscent of the 70s yet firmly rooted in the present, the R78 features an upper made of ripstop nylon and synthetic suede, paired with surprising details.
