With an additional bottom compartment, a highly adjustable front pocket, and an extra map pocket, the Traverse 40 is ready for long mountain hikes. The back system, ergonomically shaped shoulder straps, and hip belt are reinforced to optimally balance heavy loads. Like the other backpacks in the Alpine Series, the Traverse 40 features the Comfort Contact Back System, which provides breathable contact pads for continuous air circulation and a comfortable carrying experience. Features such as a hydration system preparation, thoughtful trekking pole and ski attachment options, a hip pocket, and a rain cover are standard on all Traverse backpacks.
